Details

Join CHEW for Sleep Awareness Week! Create a sleep plan and learn mindfulness skills to foster quality sleep. Participants will also have the opportunity to make a pillow mist spray or eye pillow with or without lavender. There will be a yoga for sleep class after this program, 7:15-8:15pm by the CHEW health educator, registration is separate from this program. All JHU students and trainees are welcome to join.
