Details

Join Molly Hutchison, health educator and certified yoga teacher, for yoga for sleep class at the O'Connor Recreation Center, Multipurpose Room B. This class will combine gentle movement with restorative, relaxing poses to calm the nervous system and prepare your body for bed and a night of good sleep. Participants will receive a Yawns Hopkins sleep kit.

All levels are welcome, no experience is needed. Participants that are not a member of the O'Connor Recreation Center will need to fill out a group fitness waiver before class starts. Bring your own yoga mat.

All JHU students and trainees are welcome to join.
