The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers research, study, and teaching opportunities in more than 140 countries! Fulbright grants enable you to explore a wide range of academic fields, interests, and skills, while spending an unforgettable year engaged in culture exchange.

Since 2010, more than 180 students and alums from Johns Hopkins have been awarded Fulbright grants to study, do research, and teach English and American culture in more than 50 countries spanning the globe. Recent Fulbright winners from JHU have taught English in Argentina, researched HIV-positive organ transplants in South Africa, and worked on a novel in South Korea, among many more projects on six continents.

We will be holding virtual information sessions throughout March and April 2022 to provide an overview of the Fulbright program and the application process for 2023-24 grants.
