H.I.I.T. stands for high intensity interval training and, just as it sounds, it will have you pushing yourself to the limit for set intervals, followed by quick periods of rest. Expect a lot of of cardio, plyometrics, sweat, and FUN!

HARD WORK + little time to recover = EPOC and MAJOR fitness gains.
