Join the Mu Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in building healthy habits by participating in a 22 day fitness challenge. Complete a set of 20-30minute exercise routines for 22 days throughout the month of February (from 2/1-2/22). Do the workout live with us on 2/1, 2/13, and 2/22.
