SGA Elections Happening Now! 

The Student Government Association is your AAP group to help you:
  • Connect with other students via social events
  • Bring you professional and personal development workshops and alumni networking opportunities
  • Advocate for AAP student needs 
Elections are open for SGA leaderhship right now! 

Elections will close on Tuesday, September 30th at 9:00 am ET.

Join a Club or Create Your Own Club! 

Congratulations to our two new official clubs, HopCommNet and the Insight Innovators! HopCommNet is looking to connect with students interested in or part of the Communications program or interested in careers in the Communications area! 

The Imagine Innovators are for students who are interested in future careers in the Consulting area. 

If you are interested in joining one of these two clubs, email aapsga@jh.edu and we will connect you with club leadership.

There are a lot of fun events coming your way! If you are studying in the Biotechnology programs or want to connect with the Biotechnology faculty, please make sure that you check out the Biotechnology social! 

If you're looking for community, you should also check out the series of Wellness Webinars and Academic Talks that are being given! These will take care of you professionaly and personally! 

What's Happening in Baltimore? 

We hope that you all are enjoying the new Bloomberg Student Center! It is a beautiful space that has a lot of different areas to study! 

If you have not yet, please make sure to register for our Welcome Social this Sunday! It is a great chance to meet other AAP students. We will have kareoke and board games for you to get to know other students. 

There are a lot of events between the Student Center events and our own AAP events, so make sure that you are getting out and exploring! 

What's Happening in DC? 


Fall in DC is a great time to get out there and start exploring the different neighborhoods! What neighborhoods have you started exploring? Let me know! 

We are going to be having a Halloween Happy Hour in the Hopkins Bloomberg Center on Halloween! This is a fun time to experience Halloween the US way as we hold a costume contest with prizes! We are so excited to see what you come up with!
