As the first graduate chapter of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For America), we are proud to connect Carey Business School students with a national network of more than 100,000 Latino leaders and professionals across industries. Our chapter builds on the legacy of the Latinx/Hispanic Graduate Student Association by creating new pathways for career advancement, mentorship, and professional development, while celebrating the richness of Latinx/Hispanic culture.

Membership is open to all graduate students, you do not need to identify as Hispanic or Latino to join. We welcome allies and advocates who want to support and contribute to our mission of elevating diverse voices in business.

Through ALPFA, members gain access to exclusive events, leadership summits, and partnerships that open doors to meaningful opportunities. At Carey, our chapter fosters a supportive and inclusive community where students can grow personally and professionally, engage in cross-cultural collaboration, and prepare to lead with impact.
