The purpose of Beta Mu Delta Society is to construct and maintain a space in which Black Pre-meds can uplift each other and build community, improve scholastic achievement, advocate for the needs of Black students, and serve the greater Black community through meaningful service, activities, and events.
Members receive guidance and support by joining this Black, pre-med community, benefit from having a safe space in which they can explore and gain a deeper understanding of different health professional paths, may gain specified advising, will get to take advantage of the programming BMD puts in place for this specific student population, and receive and benefit from the many monetary and educational resources provided by the JUMP program.
