Beta Theta Pi is dedicated to building men of principle for a principled life. As the first fraternity established at Johns Hopkins University, our brotherhood aids the individual, builds the fraternity, and strengthens the host academic institution through lifelong devotion to intellectual excellence, high standards of moral conduct, and responsible citizenship.
Joining a fraternity like Beta provides the opportunity for members to get involved in leadership experience, community service and philanthropy, network and connect with alumni in various fields, and create friendships that last years beyond college.
