SPRING ELECTIONS!

Hello CCIG Members,

Spring election season is here! CCIG is excited to invite 1st and 2nd semester students to apply for a position on the CCIG E-Board. This is a great opportunity to get involved, help plan events, support your peers, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Please review the important dates and details below before submitting your application.

Who Can Apply

• Members of Cohort 21 

• Members of Cohort 22

• Members of Cohort 20 who currently serve on the CCIG E-Board

Please note: Each applicant may apply for only one position.

Available Positions

• President

• Vice President

• Financial Officer

• Communications Officer

• Social Media Manager

• Content Creator

• Event Coordinator

• Community Outreach Coordinator

• Cohort 21 Representative

• Cohort 22 Representative

All E-Board members play an important role in supporting CCIG events and completing responsibilities associated with their position throughout the term.

Election Timeline

• Applications Open: March 9 at 8:00 AM

• Applications Close: March 21 at 11:55 PM (late submissions will not be considered)

• Voting Opens: March 23 at 8:00 AM

• Voting Closes: March 30 at 11:55 PM

• Election Results Announced: April 1

Voting will be open to all cohorts.

New Member Training
All newly elected E-Board members should plan to attend training on April 3 at 2:00 PM.
