We are hosting a panel of Black faculty who are experts in different disciplines to facilitate a conversation on what has changed, stayed the same, and the promises made by the Biden Administration to the Black community. Finally, we would like to encourage a discussion on the persistent issues inflicting the Black community and the kind of leadership we need in order to begin to see meaningful change. We expect our event to cover presidential appointments, economic policy, policing, and general civil discourse during the Biden Administration. We want to truly get to the root of the promises Biden was elected on, and examine how his administration has fared.
