Guests can enjoy various cuisines of the African diaspora in celebration of Black History Month. Menu items to include Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Biscuits, Shiro Wat, Broccoli Rabe, Injera Bread, Vegan Mac, Jerk Chicken, Coconut Rice, Cabbage & Curry Chickpeas, Mandazis, Sambusa, Oxtail Stew, Injera Bread & Jollof Rice, Shrimp & Grits, Vegan Gumbo, Okra Creole & Red Beans and Rice

Dining hall entry is required for this event, payment is accepted in meal swipes, Dining Dollars, Jcash and Credit.
