Welcome Back! Join us as we kick off Spring 2021 with Lighting of the Quads! This amazing campus tradition looks just a bit different this year but still packed with the amazing excitement of pictures, music, student performances, speakers, Jay the Blue Jay highlights and of course President Daniels flipping the switch and lighting up campus as we get spring underway!

During the event, reflect on ways you bring light to campus, the campus community and to friends and family.

"How do you bring your light to JHU?"

"What's shining bright for you in 2021 at JHU?"

Get creative and show your Hopkins spirit! We'll be featuring JHU students and staff from around the world in a virtual celebration streaming to you on Saturday, January 30 at 7 PM — Be the first 2000 to sign up on HopkinsGroups and WIN A SWAG BAG!

PLEASE NOTE: Students should not gather on the quad as this moment is meant to be virtual and has been prerecorded so that all Blue Jays can engage in the moments online. #jhneedsu #stayhome #staysafe

Thank you to our sponsors The Hopkins Parents Fund, Student Life, and the Barnes and Noble Hopkins Bookstore.
