While this event is intended to serve as an introduction to the 2024-2025 YTTI Program, it will also serve as an employer panel event where recruiters from a variety of industries share what they are most looking for in candidates in the internship hiring processes. The program will also address industry specific timelines around internships, as well as the nuances of applying to an internship, rather than a full-time role.

Lastly, the program will serve as marketing for the YTTI program and a kick off to the application process.
