This program would be for identity-based student organization members (particularly black students) and alumni from not only Hopkins, but those student organizations. Additionally, we would invite SOBA (society of black alumni). The event would start with casual networking and a panel-style "Ask Me Anything" so students can hear alumni insights, followed by mock interviews led by alumni asking students the questions
