Student Involvement Fair

Hello, Department/Office Leaders,

The Leadership Engagement & Experiential Development Office invites campus organizations and departments to join us at the Fall 2022 Student Involvement Fair (SIF) happening on Friday, September 2, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Ralph S. O'Connor Recreation Center! This is a great time to increase your engagement for the coming year and to show the campus what your department/office is all about!

University Departments & Offices AND Department/Office Initiatives can sign up for the Fall 2022 Student Involvement Fair (SIF) by filling out the Student Involvement Fair, Fall 2022, Dept/Office Sign-up form.

SETUP

University Departments/Offices are allowed a maximum of two (2) representatives at their table throughout the Fair. Please note, that no candy or food should be given out a SIF. For your best interest, save the Student Involvement Fair, Fall 2022 Information document which will have all the necessary information regarding the event.

TABLING TIPS
(recommendations, not a requirement)

Bring event flyers (you can print in color in the LEED office!)
Bring a table cloth for your tables
Create promotional information material
Create a Hopkins Groups form to collect contact information
