Erase the stigma around mental health

Giving athletes tools and resources to be able to take on mental health challenges and to help others

To connect our student athletes together, fostering a supportive community

Membership Benefits
Members will learn about different available resources for student athletes and will be able to communicate with teammates about mental health. Each varsity sports team will have a game dedicated to mental health, where athletes can talk about their mental health and help erase the stigma.
