Mission The Mission of Men Of Color Hopkins Alliance (MOCHA) is to assist and support men of color* in successfully completing their degree program at the Johns Hopkins University as well as pursuing their future endeavors by fostering a community that encourages brotherhood, academic excellence, and mentorship.Men of color includes individuals who identify as the following: African-American/Black/Caribbean; Hispanic/Latino/Latinx; Native American/Native Indian/Indigenous; Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American (APIDA); and Multiracial/Biracial
