About Us

The Women in Physics (WiP) chapter at Johns Hopkins University is designed to be a safe space for women* in a male-dominated field where we can gather, learn from each other and grow together in the physical sciences. This includes social events, a mentoring program, outings, and networking opportunities. Since WiP is open to people in all stages of their career and education, it is of utmost importance that we uplift each other and provide support for our sisters in science.
