• Guest
• Parent/Family
• Virtual Attendee 

**Guest accounts will not have full access to the Hopkins Groups platform**

You must have an active Hopkins Groups account to submit a Hopkins Groups Profile Request.

Frequent Request:

1. Can you please update my year of completion on my profile?
2. Can you please change the spelling of my name on my profile?
3. Can you add me to a Hopkins Groups page?
   • To be added to a group page on Hopkins Groups member/office to a group you must have a current groups officer follow the steps below:
     • Add new members to your group
     • Appointing Group Officers

If your the group has no active officers, please submit a Hopkins Groups Profile Request

Student profiles are automatically created, once a student activates their JHED. Once a student activates their JHED, it takes 24 - 48 hours forÔÇ»their Hopkins Groups account to be automatically created. If you are unsure if your JHED is active, follow these steps under "Activating your JHED Email". (In general: If you have access to send and receive emails through your JHU account, your JHED has been activated; please wait 24-28 hours until your profile is created.)

There are some exceptions to this rule:

• Exchange Students
• Visiting Scholar
• Non-degree/Undecided Students
• Students enrolled in one of the following programs

If the exceptions above do not apply must wait until the system creates your Hopkins Groups Profile.
