All submissions are to be in JPG format. You can use any digital platform for this purpose or even paint/sketch your design on canvas or paper, but the submission will have to be scanned or photographed in high resolution.
Only one submission is allowed per participant. Make sure to include a watermark in the corner or on the border of the design with – Your name, Lighting of the Quads, 2021, Johns Hopkins University.
- Picture dimensions: 3"H X 2"W inches Submissions are uploaded by clicking RSVP on the event registration below by 11:59 pm on October 21st.
- The design will be voted on by the Hopkins community and the entry with the most votes will be declared the winner.
- The printed coffee cups will be given away at the end of the Lighting of the Quads event to be held on December 3rd, 2021.
- It would be great if your design reflected the spirit of the event but most importantly, have fun with it and get creative!
- The top three vote-getters will receive $50, $25, and $10 towards gift purchases on Amazon or J-Cash!
- Please review the JHU Brand Guidelines to ensure your design receives the highest consideration. There is info on the brand colors that digital designers will likely find very useful.
