Mission
The Ready, Set, Design! program provides introductory engineering experiences for middle school and elementary school girls in the Baltimore area through half-day, weekend programs held at the Johns Hopkins University campus. Our goal is to familiarize young girls with the STEM industry and inspire them to pursue further STEM interests in a creative and educational environment. Girls have the opportunity to design their own prototypes, build models, and run test trials on their designs. This half day event allows girls to experiment with engineering and is intended to serve as an outlet for girls to explore engineering.
