If you are a JHU Part-time or Non-Traditional Student:  

• Accounts for Part-time and/or Non-Traditional Students must be entered into Hopkins Group Manually.

If you are a JHU faculty or staff member:  

• Accounts for faculty and staff must be entered into Hopkins Group Manually.

These steps are applicable for current students/faculty from the following schools: Peabody Institute,School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Advanced International Studies, Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Advanced Academic Programs.

If you are a New or Transfer Student (Full-Time): 

1. Please access your JHED, which should have been emailed to you within 72 hours of being admitted to Johns Hopkins University
2. Activated your JHED by navigating to my.jhu.edu and set-up a new password.  
   • Once a new password has been created, the school account becomes active in SIS within 2 hours. 
3. It takes 24 - 48 hours for login information to cycle from SIS to Hopkins Groups.
