About Us

JHU OSTIA functions as a platform to connect different schools and disciplines across Hopkins community including School of Whiting Engineering (SWE), Krieger School of Arts and Sciences (KSAS), School of Medicine(JHMI), School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and beyond. Forming teams and collaborations, we hope to address the complex international issues in science and technology (policy regulation, diplomacy and international securities in emerging technologies such as biotech, artificial intelligence, data security, aerospace and blockchain technology). Additionally, we also attempt to bridge our Hopkins intellectual community with industry leaders and policy makers, who will function as mentors and to guide our university teams to make a difference.
