Flu Clinic

Peabody will be hosting a flu clinic for students, faculty, and staff on Wednesday, September 27 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the Unger Lounge. Walk-ins are welcome, but you are encouraged to register in advance at https://vaccine.walgreens.com/patient-registration/services?orgId=029b6547-5fe0-4459-811c-b9fd07d0156e.

Please be sure to use your Hopkins email to sign-up, as this will automatically upload your proof of vaccine into the Vaccine Management System and will fulfill the JHU requirement for this year’s flu vaccine.

To save yourself time on the 27th, please be sure to fill out the pre-vaccination assessment and consent form. If you sign up through the link above, this form will be sent to you.

Perform on the Spring 2024 Goucher/Peabody Spring 2024 Intercampus Series!

Chamber ensembles of all types are welcome to apply. Three groups will be selected to each perform a concert in February, March, and April 2024. Apply by Oct  1.

Johns Hopkins Police Accountability Board Application and Deadline

Diversity Leadership Council (DLC)

The Johns Hopkins Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) will offer the 20th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Conference: Rooted – Remaining Grounded in a Changing Environment on October 20, 2023. Registration is available for in-person and virtual attendance.

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) are required to (re)register as a club or organization by October 9th. Please do so by following this link. What are the benefits of registering your student club? Your club is given access to funding for the academic year, the opportunity to apply for additional funding beyond group budget, programming support, event support, event promotion, and access to exclusive leadership trainings/opportunities.
