The Flu Shot

The deadline to get your flu vaccine is November 20, 2026. Please see the flyer below for information on Peabody's flu clinics, which are September 24 and November 4. Make sure to check here for the most up-to-date information on other JHU campuses that are offering free on-site clinics.

2026-27 Door Rates: Planning to visit the dining hall? Be sure to take note of the updated door rates for the 2026–27 academic year:

  • Dinner: $15 
  • Weekend Brunch: $15 
  • Continental Breakfast: $6

Student Blue Jay Dialogue Innovation Fund
 

Johns Hopkins’ Student Blue Jay Dialogue Innovation Fund is now accepting proposals from undergraduate and graduate students across all JHU schools. The fund provides up to $10,000 for collaborative projects that promote respectful and constructive dialogue among students.

Projects must involve two or more student groups and should bring together diverse perspectives around topics such as current events, identity and belonging, civic engagement, religion, politics, campus climate, or social and global issues.

Peabody's Fall Student Involvement Fair (SIF):

On Sept. 16, from 12-1:30 PM, stop by the Plaza (or the Arcade, depending on weather) to find out all the ways you can become involved in student life. You will learn about the resources JHU and Peabody have to offer you, and even get some free swag!

Want to help plan one of Peabody’s biggest events of the year? Join the 2026–27 Semi Formal Committee and help bring the celebration to life! Committee members will assist with event planning, promotion, and preparation and receive a free ticket to the Semi Formal on February 18.

Sept. 18: Last day to drop a course with a deletion; course withdrawal (W grade) period begins after this date

Sept. 25: Spring 2026 and Summer 2026 Incomplete/In Progress grade coursework due from students to instructors unless an earlier date was established by the instructor
