The flu shot deadline is November 20, 2026. Make sure to check here for the most up-to-date information on when and where JHU campuses are offering free on-site clinics.
 

Dinning Updates

Dining is excited to welcome new and returning students to Peabody. We look forward to serving you and have a few updates to share for the year ahead: 

Botrista at Maestro’s Café: Beginning Monday, August 31, enjoy customizable Botrista beverages at Maestro’s Café! Choose from a variety of flavors and options to create your perfect drink.  

26-27 Door Rates: Planning to visit the dining hall? Be sure to take note of the updated door rates for the 26–27 academic year: 

• Breakfast: $9        
• Lunch: $10.50
• Dinner: $15 
• Weekend Brunch: $15 
  • Continental: $6

Registration for Peabody's Annual Trip to New York City is now live on Hopkins Groups! There are limited tickets, so get yours TODAY! More information can be found here. 

Peabody's Fall Student Involvement Fair (SIF):

On Sept. 16, from 12-1:30 PM, stop by the plaza (or the main Arcade of the Conservatory, depending on weather) to find out all the ways you could become involved in student life. You will learn about the resources JHU and Peabody have to offer you, and even get some free swag!

Academic Calendar

Sept. 11: Deadline (9:00 am EDT) to add courses in SIS; all Sis actions blocked after 9:00 am EDT**

Sept. 18: Last day to drop a course with a deletion; course withdrawal (W grade) period begins after this date

Sept. 25: Spring 2026 and Summer 2026 Incomplete/In Progress grade coursework due from students to instructors unless an earlier date was established by the instruct

Holiday Reminders

Sept. 7: Labor Day (Peabody classes, lessons, and ensembles will not be held)
