Dale works with college and university leaders to help them understand the value of the Salesforce platform for higher education. Before joining Salesforce in 2021, he spent 30 years at the University of Maryland, College Park, holding a variety of leadership positions. In his last role as Assistant Dean and COO of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, he led strategic operations and directed a major Salesforce implementation that transformed recruitment, admissions, program management, and more. He also helped the university adopt Salesforce as its campus-wide CRM and supported the deployment of the Student Success Hub—enhancing the student and advising experience across campus.
