Unwavering Humanity

The LHGSA (Latinx/ Hispanic Graduate Student Association) invites you to attend our first main event to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, hosted at Passano Lobby on September 27th from 4:30 to 6pm.

Come to say hi to your community. We want to celebrate our culture and what it means to be a Latino in today's business world. We will briefly talk with a panel of Baltimore, JHU, and public Latin leaders on what it means to be a Latino in their roles. Latin music, and Latin food will be provided. If you want to know more about this event and many to come, join LHGSA as member here!

The Office of Student Affairs is seeking new leadership to take over the Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA). Earlier this year BGSA successfully held a "Do It for the Culture" Marketplace where they hosted local black owned businesses and a guest speaker panel at FFU during Black History Month. If you'd like to get involved and learn more please email carey_studentorg@jhu.edu.

International Graduate Student Immigration Workshop (Saturday, Sep 23) organized by International Students @ Hopkins (ISAH)

For this event, the International Students @ Hopkins (ISAH) is bringing in OIS Approved Partner Lawyers to run an immigration workshop on immigration and work visa. This is also a great opportunity for students to ask questions directly to an immigration lawyer. .
