Dynamic Leading and Teaming at Harpers Ferry Adventure Center

Spend the weekend with fellow Carey students building your leadership and teaming skills through fun and challenging activities in beautiful Harpers Ferry. Push your comfort zone through a team-building hike, cooking challenge, high ropes course, river rafting, and land activities, as you apply current research-based concepts on leading teams and teaming in our uncertain and changing world. We'll cook our own meals in the outdoors and sleep in rustic cabins. For our final dinner, we'll visit the local brewery and reflect on the experience together. Pre-Orientation Meeting attendance is required (virtual) for all participants. (Date TBD)

Food Provided (We will cook our own food on open fire pits. All food restrictions will be honored and alternatives supplied. Students will be expected to buy their own beverages at the brewery on the property on Saturday evening.)
