🌿 Mandarin Snack & Chat is a relaxed, low-pressure discussion space primarily in Mandarin, inviting you to slow down, take a breath, and talk about how you’re really doing while navigating the balance between studies, life, and self.
Each session centers on a theme related to student life. Through casual activities, open sharing, and brief wellness-focused discussions, participants explore more sustainable rhythms and gentle self-care practices together.
