Learn mindfulness skills and meditation techniques to improve your sleep, decrease your stress, and increase your self-compassion. MIEA Mindfulness is a 4-week program open to all JHU students and trainees and free of charge. Participants will want to attend all four dates; one absence is allowed to complete the course. This June course will be held on Tuesday evenings (6/2, 6/9. 6/16, and 6/23) from 7:00p-8:15p. Registration is required and limited to 25 participants.
