Details

Come learn about how to take naps in support of good sleep. This class will start with some tips, a brief meditation from the Calm App, followed by a 25 minute nap. The first 20 registered learners who also attend will receive a free pair of JHU branded fuzzy socks! I have 8 yoga mats to lend on a first come basis. Otherwise, please bring your own blanket, towel, or yoga mat to nap upon.
