Come find the Well-Being on Wheels cart around Homewood campus to learn about upcoming events, meet our NAMI ambassador, and grab some free NAMI swag!
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Come out to meet the NAMI ambassador, Health Promotion and Well-Being (HPWB) staff, and East Baltimore (EB) Well-Being Ambassadors where they’ll have stickers, snacks, NAMI swag, helpful handouts about campus resources, and t-shirts. This event is open to all JHU learners.

Join NAMI ambassador, HPWB staff, and EB Well-Being Ambassadors for an outlet for creativity, support and sips featuring boba tea from Simply Sip Tea, use watercolors to paint on canvas to express yourself, and practice active listening. Registration is highly recommended as this event is limited to 50 attendees.

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Come join Health Promotion & Well-Being to learn about ways to discuss mental health and adjacent topics with your peers and loved ones. Learn about resources available and gain confidence in your ability to support loved ones during tough times. Attendees can also expect to learn about ways they can reach out when they need some extra support.
Please contact Megan Tassinari at mtassin1@jh.edu at least one week prior to the event to request disability accommodations. In all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event) will be made to provide accommodations.

In collaboration with NAMI's 2026 #IWillListen campaign aims to de-stigmatize mental health and give students some tools to support conversations about mental health.
Stop by our table at the Peabody Dining hall to learn about upcoming events, mental health resources, and ways to ask for and offer support. Come get some free supplies and join the conversation!
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Join the NAMI ambassador, HPWB staff, and EB Well-Being Ambassadors to learn about active listening and how to support a friend or loved one with their mental and behavioral health. We’ll have an activity to learn about and practice active listening, pizza and sub sandwiches, NAMI swag, resources, and materials to make friendship bracelets. Please bring your own water bottle/ drink!
All JHU learners and trainees are welcome. Registration highly recommended to guarantee food and materials.

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Join Health Promotion & Well-Being along with the National Alliance on Mental Illness at our Stress Relief Art & Sip using water color paints on canvases. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the positive impacts of art on mental and emotional well-being.
The first 50 people to register (and participate) at the event will receive a free boba tea.
