Learn mindfulness skills and meditation techniques to improve your sleep, decrease your stress, and increase your self-compassion. MIEA Mindfulness is a 4-week program open to all JHU students and trainees and free of charge. Participants will want to attend all four dates; one absence is allowed to complete the course. This January course will be held on Thursday evenings (3/5, 3/12. 3/19, and 3/26) from 7:00p-8:15p. Registration is required and limited to 20 participants.
