*12/15/2022- CANCELLED! * Please join JHU Health Promotion and Well-being for East Baltimore Mindful Walks. We will use this time to take a break from our day to practice mindfulness as we walk around Eager Park in East Baltimore. Walks are scheduled from12:20p-12:50p and led by Carol Spencer of Health Promotion and Well-being and Milly Altamira of JHSAP. Time includes opening, 15-20 min walk, and closing. There is no experience nor fitness level necessary- all are welcome. We will walk in drizzle/ light rain so please dress appropriately/ bring umbrella. Meet at 2024 Building lobby (2024 E. Monument St.) for inclement weather (moderate rain and or snow). *Thurs, 9/22 cancelled due to thunderstorms!* Carol Spencer will email registered participants.
