This yoga practice will be a 1-hr. session involving movement, meditation, and breathing techniques. Related to self-healing, this workshop aims to promote the benefits of yoga and create a space for everyone to engage in this body and mind practice. All equipment provided and no prior experience required; you do not need to have a O'Connor Rec Center membership to attend.

Participants will have a chance to win yoga equipment like a yoga blanket and blocks! All JHU students and trainees are welcome to attend!
