Harbor East & Baltimore City Exploration

Join Carey staff for a tour of your new campus and home. Starting on campus, tours include a brief tour of the Harbor East building, including stops in a classroom and the Student Success Center. Afterwards, students will head into Baltimore for a short walking tour near campus. The tour ends at a local greenspace where you will gather with new Carey students, network, and enjoy the scenery. This walk will be approximately 1.5 miles long and will take you through several Baltimore neighborhoods. August weather in the Baltimore area is hot and humid, so the walk includes a stop at a local establishment for refreshments. At the end of the tour, students will be shown the closest public transportation options for traveling home on their own. Please be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
