Details

Join Carey staff for a walking tour of your campus and new home. Starting at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center's 1st floor Security Desk, students head into D.C. for a short walking tour near campus. The tour ends at a local greenspace where you will gather with new Carey students, network, and enjoy the scenery. This walking tour will be approximately 1.6 miles. August weather in the Washington, D.C. area is hot and humid, so the walk includes a stop at a local establishment for refreshments. At the end of the tour, students will be shown the closest public transportation options for traveling home on their own. Please be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
