Join DiSCO for an honest conversation about building accessible and sustainable healthy habits. We'll talk sleep, food, and movement – what works, what doesn’t, and how to find what’s best for your body. We're partnering with Health Promotion & Well-Being, Mental Health Services: Assessment, Occupational Therapy, and Neurodiversity Team, and Student Disability Services. Our campus partners will present health tips and answer your questions. We will have snacks, giveaways, and a raffle to win yoga mats! All JHU students are welcome, so bring a friend and stop by!
