Culture Kitchen is Hopkins Dining's series geared towards celebrating culture & community through cuisine. Each month, a cultural, chef-inspired dish will be featured in our retail dining locations for a limited time. This month's Culture Kitchen special at Levering Kitchens features our own Sous Chef Jade McCalla’s Haitian Meatballs (Boulee) with Black Bean Sauce (Sos Pwa), Scented Rice, Pickled Vegetables (Pikliz) and Avocado.
