The Culture Kitchen is Hopkins Dining's series geared towards celebrating culture & community through cuisine. Each month, a cultural, chef-inspired dish will be featured in our retail dining locations for a limited time. This month's Culture Kitchen will feature a recipe from our own Executive Catering Chef Pedro Duarte, Ropa Vieja over Cilantro Rice with Tostones to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
