Details

The Communities of Color Leadership Conference is an intentional productive space for leadership, professional development, and networking opportunities for communities of color and their allies and advocates. The CCC will enhance intercultural dialogue, provide equity-minded strategies, and expound upon the intersectional identities and experiences at Hopkins.

Objectives:
• To learn how to create inclusive and equity-minded communities
• To implore inclusive and belonging strategies
• To enhance their inclusive language and communication
• To evaluate personal leadership capacity through lens of intersectionality
• To explore how a leader can effectively stand in solidarity with other marginalized groups
