About Us

The Johns Hopkins University Wind Energy Team aims to expose undergraduate students to the wind energy industry through a combination of hands-on wind turbine design and testing, development of a siting plan for a wind farm, and on-campus educational initiatives. We strive to improve the network of renewable energy and sustainable business extracurricular opportunities for undergraduate students at Johns Hopkins through our participation in the Department of Energy Collegiate Wind Competition in May 2021.
