Amir Khan's profile photo

Amir Khan

"I graduated from medical school in 2019 and graduated with an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2022. While at Hopkins, I took advanced-level Epidemiology and Biostatistics Courses sequentially throughout the program. These skills were sufficient enough to equip me with an understanding of Data, from collection to exploration to analysis. I specialize in analyzing a wide variety of data, and designing clinical research studies, and clinical trials.

Starting in 2022, soon after graduation, I started working as a Research Fellow at the University of Maryland Medical Center in the Department of Urology. I proficiently utilize national databases such as SEER Research, SEER-Medicare Linked Data, NCDB, NSQIP, VSQIP, UNOS, NHANES, AQUA, NTDB, and institutional databases for finding new diagnostic and treatment plans for urologic oncology such as Prostate cancer, Bladder cancer, Kidney cancer, and Testicular cancer. I believe that in a few years, I will have a handful of useful products in my field and undoubtedly, Johns Hopkins provided the foundation for this."
