About Us
The Humanistic Anatomy Society is a student organization dedicated to cultivating the most respectful, ethical, and supportive anatomical education environment for both anatomy students and body donors. We organize an event honoring body donors which is attended by both anatomy students and the families of the donors. We also provide emotional and spiritual support for anatomy students throughout human anatomy and offer spaces for constructive thought around the experience. We continue to grow in ways which best serve our community and our mission. We welcome participation from all interested JHSOM students, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity.
