Room Scheduling Updates for In-Person Events: Spring and Fall 2021

Spring 2021 In-Person Event Registration Deadline

The deadline to register in-person, both indoors and outdoor, events for the remainder of the spring 2021 semester is Monday April 19, 2021.  Any events submitted after that date will not be considered. Please remember that events in-person must be submitted 10 business days in advance. 

Fall 2021 Room Reservations

Scheduling will open for all registered student organizations’ weekly meetings and special events on April 26, 2021, for the upcoming Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 academic year. Any requests submitted before April 26th for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters will not be accepted or processed and will need to be resubmitted. Please submit all requests through your Hopkins Groups student organization portal.

Please note: All events and meetings will be subject to the current University COVID guidelines, such as handwashing, masking, social distancing, etc. All requests must be submitted no less than 10 BUSINESS days before your event date. Confirmations for each request will be sent mid-August of 2021.
