Creating a custom template for your newsletter

HopkinsGroups allows you to create a custom template with your group logo, colors, etc. that you can use and re-use when creating newsletters.

1. Log into HopkinsGroups, manage your group.
2. Click on Emails then Templates
3. Next to the Edit button, click the button with the three dots and duplicate the template you wish to use and customize it.
4. You can insert widgets to the template to include auto-generated content (e.g., upcoming events, blog feed,  your group's latest photos) when the email is sent.
5. Finally, your new template is automatically saved, so you will be able to rename, edit, and select the custom template while composing an email.

Event Registration Deadlines 

April 18 is the last day to submit an event request for events you plan to host on campus. 

April 25 is the last day to submit an event request for events/meetings that do not require setup.

Remember, Event Request forms must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to your event if you have setup needs.  If you do not have any setup needs for your event, you can submit your request within 5 business days.

There are still opportunities to join the line up at Spring Fair! We're looking for groups to do Face Painting, Balloon Animals, and we would love to hear what other ideas you may have for an activity!
