Details

The Rec is hosting the returning "Empower Hour" series this spring, lead by the Personal Trainers of Hopkins Fitness! From 7-9PM the Rec Weight Room will be reserved for an opportunity for women and non-binary students to gather and learn about weightlifting form, technique, and safety. The goal of this series is to empower students to feel confident and comfortable in the gym.
