The Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies and the Careers in Diplomacy Club invite you to our second annual visit to the NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) in Norfolk, Virginia, on Friday, November 7th, 2025.

ACT is one of NATO’s two Strategic Commands, leading the transformation of military capabilities to ensure adaptability, interoperability, and readiness for future threats. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage directly with NATO leaders and explore a cornerstone of transatlantic security cooperation.
